    Sir I have a query regarding 4.0 point and 10.0 point scale comparison. Here is an example: if one candidate has secured 3.7 out of 4.0 and the other candidate has got 6.14 out of 10.0 point scale. How can we get the percentage marks of these two candidates. With regards
