hi i 've 56% in B.E.. if i score 310 in GRE (which looks achievable for me)..do i have a chance to get admission in State university or some good university?

i got 297 in gre (q-156, v-141) and 2.0 in awa. Does my score affect my chances of admission for ms

my gre score is 298 and ielts score is 8 i am a btech eee with 71 percent aggregate i wanna know if i can get an admission into suny binghamton ms program in ee with this profile thanks in advance please reply asap

I did my B.E in Mechanical Engineering with an aggregate of 55.85% in the year 2012 and then I worked for 2 years and now I am planning to do M.S from any renowned US University for fall 2016.
I had 20 backlogs during my academic and my Gre and Toefl scores are 290 and 95 respectively.
Which Universities I need to apply where there might me mediocre chances of getting admitted.

I am planning to apply for fall 2015 . I got 96 in toefl. Reading 27 , Listening 29 , Speaking 20, Writing 20. Should i retake toefl in November.
My gre score is 308. Can i think san jose state as a safe university??
