    toefl to be taken
    is my gre and awa scores sufficient for funding and scholarships in b-grade universities for ms in electronics?if yes tell me the toefl score required.thanks in advance

    i have completed recently gre with 304(q=163,v=141),awa still to recieve.ielts still to be written.
    10th=89%
    inter=95%
    btech=80%
    i want to applyy for us universities for ms in electronics.suggest me some good universities for my score and subject in california which gives scholarships and funding
