Bro funding cannot be identified. My suggestion is to opt for a university which requires Gre score which is less than yours. i.e., consider University X. It requires a minimum gre score of 302. As your score is far better than the minimum, they will definitely give admission for you along with funding! So get such type of universities for your profile. Gre is not only a criteria for evaluation, you need to get good toefl, good Gpa, and also other research papers for getting admission. So prepare well for your Toefl. Get above 100. This could be helpful for you in getting good university!
