    Get 320+ in gre. A very strong lor from iisc. Draft a very clear sop. Yes, some more research related work/ieee publishing/projects etc and u'll stand very strong chances. Also, make sure ur in top 1 percentile of ur class. Or atleast maintain this cgpa....that will do :-)

    Try to put in some community service maybe. Help out with some ngo. Teach some kids etc. Get certificates...that'll give a great profile.
