It would be great if you can give your suggestion on these universities for my profile.

gre: 302(q-158, v-144)
ielts: 7
percentage: 59%(with 3 backlogs, all cleared)
I have done three projects so far and an Internship in a company for a period of three months.

Urgent help needed.

I got my visa rejected twice in July (fall 2013) for Wayne state univ.At that time, i just got a job.
Acads
BE(mech) = 6.41
GRE 309
Toefl 89
Experience ~ 2 yrs

Then i applied for Spring 2014 and got following admits:
Wayne state univ
California state univ long beach

Shall i apply to Wayne state or California state?
Please help in choosing univ this time.
