MS in US Fresher

I am an average student,done B.E in Electronics and Communication,weak in applying things practically and analysis,not having much knowledge of bachelor degree,can i do masters in US from electronics and communication in any such field which requires less of such skills???

how r studies in US as compared to india??
is MS easy/manageable??
i heard that there are assignments every week,projects etc etc
not as manageable like in India
To make projects,assignments is it easy??
Actually I want to do MS in electronics from US
Can an average person without much knowledge in bachelor degree can do MS from US??
For MS is it tough to learn things and understand things there??
how is the way of teaching as compared to India??
Because I was weak in doing things in Laboratory in my college,slow in grasping things in Lab?
is it possible for me to do MS from US??
