i got GRE-291(Quant=154,Verb=137) Awa=2
IELTS =yet to betaken

Graduation Degree:B.Tech in EEE
University: JNTU Kakinada
Aggregate:68%

please give me suggestions about best universities that matches my profile

i am kavya here,i wanted some suggestion you ,actually i completed my B.E in 2007,after that i wanted to do my higher studies but due to my mom's health i could not study nor work but recently i took gre(scored 980) and toefl(scored 73) and got admit from New york institute of technology and 3 other university for fall 2011.And i applied for visa in the month of august twice but got rejected.After that i deferred my admit to spring 2012 and appeared for visa in december but got rejected again under 214b all the time.when i ask the visa officer about the reason they are not telling because of some USA rule they cant disclose the reason it seems.And i am very much interested in doing my Masters in USA.What according to you should i do now,should i take gre n toefl again or if i get a good admit can i get my visa in 4th attempt.reply asap.Thanks in advance.
