Please let me know if any other universities I should consider for Software Engineering or MIS(Information Science)
And also what are the chances of getting funding, scholarships,assistant ships in these universities for MS.

Work Experience: 6 Years(Embedded systems test engineer). Currently working as senior software engineer.

B-Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering: 80.1%
12th: 89%
10th: 82%
