Am trying for Wisc-Mad IE. Are my scores enough??

Hi,Looking for suitable suggestion regarding the opportunities, suitable courses and guidance.

I'm working in IT (MNC) as a designer currently, with a total experience of 5 years circa. Published an IEEE paper in ( Digital Signal Processing) during my B.Tech. Published papers within the IT organisation in the Telecom Domain and been outstanding performer with total 7 awards all through the career. Distinction in my BTech.

I'm having a 1 year experience working abroad.

Geared up for pursuing my further studies abroad preferably MBA in a good university. I have not given GMAT etc yet. Looking for your kind suggestions as to where to start with and what factors above would help me project while opting for an unviersity.

Hi, I have got admits from Suny Buffalo and Rutgers for I.E. Please help me choose the better option in terms of placements and job opportunities post MS. There is not much of a difference between the two univ. in terms of rankings, but Rutgers is 8-9 lacs INR costlier than Suny. Please advise me is it reasonable to spend the extra amount for Rutgers? From the review i have had so far placements are almost equal in both and are not very good for I.E. Please advise?
