hello friends i've got a mail from university that i'm accepted and they send me my student login id and id no. But they are asking me to pay 1500$ as a deposit which is a non-refundable amount and that amount will be applicable in my first semester tution fees, after paying the amount only they will send me I-20. Can i proceed for paying the amount or shell i write a mail to the university to send me the admit first. If i write a mail will they respond positively ? Thanks in advance.
