how long does it take to send in international money orders to the universities? my deadline is 1st november...i submitted the application but there were problems with my credit card.So now they want the money to be sent in my international money order/electronic cheques else the application wont get processed and the links to my profs won't be sent....any ideas/helps?? can i start a new application?
