Hello All I am R Sunil Kumar. I just completed my B.E (Hons.) Chemical from BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus. I some how, was unable to apply for Fall 2013 Admissions. Now, I do not want to wait for 1 year. So, I've decided to apply for Spring 2014 for MS in Chemical Engineering Program. The problem is, a lot of good universitties are not offering admissions in Spring semester. If I get an admission in a low ranked university in spring, is there any chance that I can get to shift to a better university in Fall semester? If yes, please explain me the procedure. I am very much bothered with this thing. Because, a lot of people say that, get admission into some university and then You can shift to a better one. But I am worried how this is possible. Because a lot universities put deadlines around Jan-1 to Fab-15. If this is possible, how this can done? I am very much thankful for your valuable replies.
