Hello Everyone, There are two very good courses at OSU. One is MS in MIS and other is MS in Business Analytics. MS in MIS is more focused on traditional MIS/IT training with some analytics components whereas MS in BA is focused entirely on Analytics with some MIS/IT components. MS in MIS will be focused towards Information Science aspect while MS in Business Analytics will be focused towards analytics and data science perspective. So if you aspire to be a business analysts, apply for MBAN. If you want to explore the information science aspects of the industry, apply for MIS. Good Luck for you all!!
