Hi Guys I am Karthik , planning to apply for spring 2014 I want to apply to IIT,chicago but its deadline is sep 1st. I am having my ielts exam on aug 29th SO can I send all documents before deadline and ielts score after deadline i.e within 2 weeks. Wait for your response
