GA Tech vs TAMU Fall 2014 (CS MS)

Hi,

I have got the admit from Georgia Tech for Fall 2014 (CS MS). The cost of the first year itself is $ 45K+ and there is no hope of any future aid.

I am awaiting results from TAMU as their cost of attendance is much lower and they provide financial aid also.

My dilemma is that Georgia Tech CS MS is ranked among top 10 by US News whereas TAMU is in 45+ rank range.

Is the high cost t Georgia Tech justified (based on future prospects)?? Or is TAMU equally good.
