in seek to get admitted in michigan

This is kalyan , i would like to know all the details of the university on which criteria the candidates are selected and can easily get admitted into univ .

besides of my profession
i had been participating in volunteer works whenever i'm free.
GRE: yet to complete.
IElTS:yet to complete.

even i would ike to know whether the univ accepts only TOFEL SCORES or any other english based tests

pls help me out in these issues to get cleared.
