• What is Wilberforce pamphlet?

    Wilberforce Pamphlet is a documents that tell you rights and laws to follow for your stay in USA as a student or as a H1B worker.

    Wilberforce Pamphlet will be given at US consulates to the employment based and study based visa applicants. Recently US Consulate at Hyderabad has introduced a H1B Beneficiary Attestation form which requires that you read the Wilberforce Pamphlet. Rights, and others, are explained in the pamphlet.
