New Cutoff Date for Filing Visa application

Application Final action Date
The second cutoff date is the date of final decision by USCIS on Greencard applcation. This date will always be on or later than the 'New Date' for Filing Visa application.Based on the DOL visa bulletin Application final action date for Eb2 India is May 1st 2005.
Those who has approved labour on or before July 1st 2011 can file I-485 for Greencard, but only whose date is on or before May 1st 2005 will get the Greencard.
