      Hi,
      I'm a B.E Graduate in Telecommunications. I want to pursue my MS in Wireless Communications or Mobile communications. I still have to take my GRE & TOEFL. can i apply for Fall-2013? if not, what is the last date to finish my exams so that i can apply for spring 2014?
      Also can you please suggest me some colleges for "MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS"? Any college in France,Germany or The USA is okay.
