    GRE Scores required for Management Information Systems Program in USA. Universities for MS in MIS listed by Revised GRE Scores.

    US Schools accept GRE or GMAT test score as a admission requirement for MIS program admission. Some schools offer MIS program under Business school division and in some schools under Information Systems Department.

      HI,
      I have shortlisted UTD, USF, Northeastern , Buffalo, UMBC for MIS prog. Can u categorize these under ambitious,at-par,and safe bets for my profile. Also what are my chances in these univ ?It wll be very helpful if u could suggest some other univ according to my profile.

      IELTS:7
      GPA:6.75/10 (B.tech Comp Sc)
      Work Exp: 3+ yrs in IT

      UNiv of buffalo, UTD, USF, Northeastern, Northern Illinois Univ. can u categorize these under ambitious ,safe and achievable bets. Also feel free to suggest other Univ for my profile .

      Hi, i had a very bad experience taking GRE today, was expecting at-least around 300 and to my surprise the score was not even close to 290, its 284, shocker of a lifetime. Just to passify myslef, will this score be accepted in any of the universities? Have work experience of around 2 yrs in IT, din't give TOEFL and IELTS yet, and have 65.3 % in my engineering. Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated.

      301 (V-148,Q-153), AWA-3.5, TOEFL-105, Acad-72%, 3.5+yrs work ex, decent SOP LOR. Pls suggest if these universities are safe or mod or amb - sdsu, usf, osu, sjsu, UCinn???

      Is MS- MIS still applicable. In few consultancies they were considering this as Management Program and in other consultancies as Masters. Please advise because want to apply for this program.
