Financial Documents for F1 Visa Interview
Proof of your Financial situation can be anyone of the following:
a. Financial aid from the university in the form of a scholarship, fellowship, assistantship (TA/GA/RA), grant or loan. If the candidate chooses to use this route he/she would require a confirmation that similar financial aid will be available as long as the program is pursued;
b. Financial aid from the student's home government if your govt. is sponsoring for your studies in any manner;
c. Financial aid from private organizations.
d. Applicant's personal resources.
e. Funds from close family members. (It is not better to show assets of persons in the United States) (CA Documentaton)
f. Bonds, Bank balances (Bank Statement of about 20 lacks which is almost equivalent to tution/fee of 1 year in US University), Lands, Fixed assests like agricultural lands, houses, plots. Fixed assets will give very positive impression to visa officer.
