Who needs to attend H1B Visa Stamping
First, let us go through who needs to attend H1B Visa Interview. Once your H1B Application is approved by USCIS you can start working for the US employer from October of the same year. To Start working you may need H1B Visa stamping at US Consulate in the following cases.- You are outside the USA, have approved h1b petition from US Employer and want to start working in USA.
- For the reentry into USA. For example you are vacation to any other country outside USA. To reenter into USA, you need to get your passport stamped with H1B Visa. If you already have valid H1B stamping on the passport, you don’t need a new one.
- If you are currently in USA and having H1B Visa approved, you don’t need H1B Visa stamping.
