ETS Official TOEFL iBT Guide (4th Edition)

This is the book by official makers of the test ETS (Electronic Testing Services). So this book is highly reliable and you get good insights into the TOEFL test. This book has questions similar to that on actual TOEFL iBT. The book also provides useful tips regarding TOEFL test dates, registration, what to bring on test day, score reporting procedure and so on as it is an product of ETS. The book more focuses on reading and listening sections of the TOEFL iBT. However, a great book and highly recommended. Also, do not miss the practice tests in the CD ROM.

Kaplan TOEFL iBT

Kaplan is one of the most complete books for TOEFL preparation. The book deals with each of the four sections separately and comprehensively.
