    Regarding university change after visa approved

    hii friends,
    I got visa with Wichita state university but i want to go to University of Houston clear lake.Is it possible to transfer from Wichitha state university to Houston clear lake university after going to Wichita without studying 1 semester also and without paying 1 semester fee.
